This Children and Buggy plaque has been handmade by the Olsen family in Ohio. The Barbara Olsen print has been decoupaged onto a painted board and coated with a gel coating for protection. It is finished with a leather strap for easy hanging on your wall, porch, wreath, or as an addition to a gift basket. There are many images which will complement a full display if hung together.
